I'm back!
This is a PDW whose design references the M320. It uses a Metal Storm firing method, allowing it to unleash a huge amount of firepower in a short time. The 'magazine' is actually a combination of three barrels, each pre-loaded with ammo. When you need to reload, you just swap out the 'magazine.' The empty 'magazine' then needs a special machine to pre-load it with ammo again. Also, the ammo is caseless and triggered by electronic pulse ignition points, so you can adjust the firing rate to suit different combat needs.
